So here I am it’s finally all over, well sort of!!

I am back in my lovely hometown of Kiltimagh in the west of Ireland. I arrived last Wednesday at 7.13PM from Bangkok. I am was all over the place at first, I didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t know if I would be keen on London. If the truth be told I was actually really good to be back. Yes I can safely say it good to be back....

Flow picked me up from the airport and I stayed at Flow's for 2 days, meet up with the London crew. Had a low key BBQ that was nice. The weather has been so weird. I know after 1 year and 10 months of good weather it will be hard at first to get into the weather back here in Europe but so far its being really good, even here in the west of Ireland. I was even out sunbathing yesterday. Thank god for global warming, I mean for me to be sunbathing in the west of Ireland in the month of April it’s just unheard of!!!

After chilling in London I got the worse flight so far from London to Knock (west of Ireland, its my hometown). Bloody hell are Ryanair tight gits, squashed into a bowing 737 and then came down with the hardest landing ever. But then again that’s what you get for cheapio Airlines. I was happy to west of Ireland again. Even thou I was gone for so long nothing really had changed. Some people had got fatter, lots of new houses but the town still looked like noddie town. My family was all together for one night which was good. We went out for beers etc had a laugh catching up with all the crew in the town. Everybody seemed in good form. At times it felt like I was gone for a 2 week holiday rather than a 2 year one. I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things, with work and general living. No more backpacking for the time being. I have set a rule for myself...If I cant get my life back on track within a couple of months I am heading off on the road again. Time will see.

For the time being I have being chilling and I mean chilling in the west of Ireland. Mam has me doing odd jobs around the house, which is cool; I really don’t mind tomorrow I am over weeding my grans for an hour or 2. After all the craziness of India I swear to god I will never put down were I am from again. Compared to India Ireland is like heaven, as the song goes 'stone walls and the grass is green' well its so true. Its a beautiful place, I guess as a kid I was didn’t really see it but after seeing some of the world it makes me appreciate what I have in my home town of Kiltimagh

I was talking to my cousin yesterday who is supposedly building a time machine and he has informed me that water sports has taken off big time over here in Ireland. I can’t wait to get my kite out and try out some kite surfing over here in Ireland. Tonight me and some of the cousins are heading out and a homemade jet powered boat with one of those banana things on back. Also if that’s not good enough there is jet skis too. I can’t wait.

Ok time for me to head out and enjoy the global warming weather.

Until next time...
